Procedures:1. Prepare and
tear off outer membrane of squid. Remove soft bone. Rinse and wipe well.
Slash crisscross pattern and cut into pieces. Mix well with pepper.
2. Boil up the sauce ingredients together.
Cool aside for serving.
3. Boil up some water. Parboil squid
until cooked. Remove and drain well. Dish on plate. Put on garlic.
Pour on sauce. Serve hot or cold.
