Procedures:1. Peel off
skin and remove core of apple. Shred thickly. Soak in slightly salty water to
avoid turning black before cooking. Wipe dry when ready to cook.
2. Peel off skin of carrot. Wash and
shred thickly. Boil in hot water for about 8 minutes to make soft. Drain.
3. Wash chicken meat and wipe dry.
Shred thickly. Marinate with seasoning for 15 minutes. Parboil in hot
oil or water until cooked.
4. Saute shredded ginger in 2 tbsp oil.
Add in mashed garlic and stir fry for a while. Add in Chicken, apple and
carrot. Mix well. Add in sauce and dish up.
